Finnish food

Ok, so for the last few nights, I've been staying in Finnish hotels and have noticed few things. First of all, although it's -20 outside they still drink a lot of water with ice! I'm just downing one hot beverage after the other to warm up.
They are also very healthy, fruit platter left in the boardroom was empty before I could see what was there. Admirable.
And on your breakfast buffet don't even look for Nutella or honey as a spread. No sign of chocolate, honey in the tea area as a sweetener.
Oh, and amazing breads!!! Not to mention that all food is labelled not just for gluten content but also lactose (happy me!!!) so for the first time in my hotel odyssey I could eat a very tasty lactose free porridge :)

Insects that surprised me

 This is a nymph stage of an insect popularly known as "plant hopper".
If you give it a tickle it will jump onto another leaf. On the picture you see a colony, in the background is a singular exemplar.

So cute and so poisonous. The hair will burn your skin and it won't heal easily.
